Vodafone Pre-Paid – Balance Deduction

Respected authority, I am using Vodafone GSM prepaid plan and my contact no. is 9839059202. My no. had been charged for 50 rs. for three times under a VAS for games and wallpapers though i had not subscribed for that. Immediately i called the Vodafone CUSTOMER CARE at 198 (complaint helpline) many times within duration of two months but Beside registering my complaint they kept on telling how to use internet. I told them three main problems which are as follows : 1) My account balance is continuously deducting due to wrong service requests. 2) I am facing this problem for three months only before this everything was fine. 3) Wrong deduction occurs only when i recharge my account with Top-up of 200 rs. 4) Almost 250 rs. have been deducted from my no. till now. Besides solving this problem they kept on telling me that there was problem with me while using the internet. According to them i was clicking on PAYABLE ADs and after that i was teasing them by making call at 198. “I urged them by asking if there was a problem with my using method then WHY this deduction is taking place for two months only?

I have been using Vodafone Internet since 2012, WHY this problem not occurred in 2012 or 2013?” They neither responded to my question nor registered my complaint. I also made a call to Appellate Authority (within provided time period on official site) at +919839756789 but my call was UNATTENDED. I am really disappointed with this kind of response from the team of VODAFONE COMMUNICATION GROUP. I hope the authority will take my complain under consideration as soon as possible.
