I had ordered 4 denim jeans Order no S80375620 Which I recieved after 1 month wait I was told the brand will be of koutons but some other brand jeans was provided which was tight and I and not as per my requirement I have requested for a refund which is not processed till now. I sent the product back via professional courier which was delivered at hyderabad on 27/6/14 for which i had to shell out Rs. 220 extra as courier charges my total cost is 1349+220 = .1569 which is my refund amount. The calls are not responded I call STD and have to wait for very long time but no customer service executive responds. They never call back. This is first site which is giving so much problems to me. Whaaky.com dosen’t have a tie up with courier company so that we can send the product back free of cost. I want my money back as soon as possible . Very bad customer service please respond fast to the mails i have sent and send me my refund amount at the earilest Rs. 1569/- Gopakumar Nair
