I have been charged 250 rupees as downloading some content even after activating the internet package. When I tried to gain more understanding, the Vodafone customer care told me that he can not share the details with me. This is the second instance happened with me in last two weeks. and almost 400 rupees has been deducted so far.

I want them to provide me the complete details and refund my amount as i already have the working internet package which is well under usage limits.
