Sir I am a vodafone mobile user for more than 5 years now. Since the last 5 months i have been deducted unfair amounts under the name of downloads when i have not used any of it. When asked the concerned company they are clueless as to why the charges have been made Thae details about the charges are as follows Mobile no 9999022xxx d2c_mgossip_pack49under this name i have been charged 784 rs for the month of DEC and such other amounts in the month of November and October too I would like to file a complaint against them on my behalf requesting them not to enter into such frivolous charges and kindly revert mine. revert back all the charges relating to d2c_mgossip_pack49 in the past month and assurance of not repeating the same unnecessary charges
