Faulty product (water label controller) installation done at my house without receipt of proper VAT/TAX number on 10.12.2014. One month had passed away, I have done 30~40 phone calls to Product owner for rectifying the issue however no success. Now Business owner neither correcting the installation nor returning my money. I requested to take product back & return my money.

Essential service like water is necessary to all human life however this product is wasting the water (Rs.500 per tank) since last 40 DAYS. I have taken off from office on 5 occasion to believe business owner wording that service engineer will visit the home. it is disturbing not only normal life however working life due to off from work.
