I have a postpaid connection from December i walked in to above mentioned centers from emigration from postpaid to prepaid.But,No response saying there is no SIM Available.I have complaint on line by 19/12/2014 from idea portal Its ref E1-37708873358 Ref Id E1-37708873358, E1-37991000620 respectively. But,Still no response at all.They want to grab the customers money only.Every time they say there is No SIM available. Please take necessary Action and order them to allot me New prepaid SIM for this No(9894990xxx)

Past 60 days myself in stress related to this Issue,The customer Executive Named Ms.Pavithra misbehaved shouting and disrespecting on me.Each time i walked in those IDEA store same response only. Due to this i have mental Stress and Blood pressure.My time my physical energy and my social harmony has been disturbed.
