I recharged my Vodafone number with 1684 as International Roaming Recharge for One month. As per Vodafone I was supposed to have, Outgoing and Incoming available. When I reached the foreign country “USA”, I found that I am unable to do the Outgoing to Inida. I raized complaint to customer care. complaint Detail – ID 1507288842, The Customer care person Imran said; “It will be resolved within 19-Apr-14 13:00:00.” I waited and found not working. I called again on 19-Apr, they said issue fixed; I said no it is still not working. They again raised new compaint no. complaint Detail – ID 1508569940, The Customer care person Vikas said; “{Vikas}Ma’am, as I am checking in my system that e-mail has been sent to concern team and your issue will get resolved within 26-Apr-14 {Vikas}Ma’am, I would like to inform you that as per process your issue will get resolve within 26th april.” I waited and found not working. I called again on, they said issue fixed; I said no it is still not working. They again raised new compaint no. Now, the recharge duration of one month is going to be over and I am going back to India at the same time. Hence Vodafone got money from me without providing any service. I want my money back and make sure that no body gets this kind of problem in future [Either stop the service else if they want to keep make it working].
