Vodafone – sales of wrong plan poor service from care centre

sir, i bought a vodafone sim card 9711131XXX postpaid on 4 dec 2013 with a plan (of 149 bumper plan in which i,ll get 300 l/n min. and one local vodafone no. free ) on the recomendation of vodafone service provider from the mobile store ,ber sarai new delhi 110016, 1st they changed my no . and they take 20 days for activation on my query daily to daily , when they activated my plan also had been changed , i call customer care daily 2 times i registered complained 4 times (20 dec 13 complained no 2417242526, 24 dec 13 comp. no. 2418350364, 28 dec 13 comp. no. 2418350364, 1 jan 14 comp. no. 2420444274 after this i was unable to contact customer care executive) all time they did,nt give any respone they msg me that your query resolved but no change in my plan , they denied your plan can,t be activated , i mailed 10 times same response , i am mentaly exhausted they blocked my no for customer care also , i told that shopkeeper they told we send your details as you said so we can,t help talk to cusmer care . what i have to do i don,t know i want leave this services and i want back my money.and i want to compansate them with my all problems i had to face them . hope to reply soon . thank you praveen singh

i want my money back and i,ll not pay any bill, and 5000 rs compansetion for wastage of my time and physically work , and for spoiling my mood daily and lose of mental peace
