Vodafone – Signal strength issue now there is no progress on my complaint

I have very low network signals at my home and raised the complaint in 18th August 2013. From that time i am continuously following up on it and they confirmed that the repeater installed at my home is not working and they gave me the time as Nov 1st week to get it replaced. But till now there is no progress on my complaint. Running behind these guys for the follow up since long time.

Fix the signal strength and repay me the cost mentioned in Consequences section
