I have a vodafone postpaid no. 97290XX193. I have activated free roaming plan from 4 months. But when i go out of haryana (in roaming), my sim doesn’t get any network. I have complaint to customer care of vodafone many times but they didn’t give any positive response even they misbehaved with me. Today on 23 Jan. 2015, I called 3 times to customer care no. 198. They disconnected my call without listening my problem. They are not giving solution of my problem. I am facing many problems from Vodafone.

I want to file case on Vodafone Service. I want my four months bill return from vodafone because i faced my problems in roaming.
