I wanted to port out my number from idea to vodafone. so ive submitted all my documents on 6th of january at my nearest vodafone store. its been 15 days but my number didnt get active on vodafone, so i visited this vodafone store again. and i found out that vodafone store has lost my documents. Now my number is not active on my previous operator.
