Vodafone Troubling Customers With CAF Documents

I haven taken a sim 4 years ago in the main vodafone mini store by submitting my documents but now when I went for sim replacement they are saying that its not in my name,it is registered to someone else,but i have submitted my documents.How can vodafone be such irresponsible?.They are saying that for sim replacement i have to bring the documents to whom they have issued my sim under that persons name.How will i know him?.Its not my fault,its their fault that i am getting harassed.

To Vodafone Team, Its very shamed to say, yesterday visited the store Poonam Chamber one. There were no proper greeting. When I asked about the connection so all the employee were quarreling on each other. Later on showed the document and they requested to wait for few min. After that, they told to wait for few min simply they were doing time pass of mine. And it didnt worked out there.
