My name is Haresh Rajapara and my mobile number is 9377525462 operator is VODAFONE… I am suffering with certain problem like unnecessary balance deduction and thats why i am trying to make a complain regarding this with the customer care but no one is responding since last two hours.. they are putting my phone call on waiting with the reason that i should have to talk with senior supervisor and by that they put me 3rd time on hold.. right now 1411 IST my phone call is on hold since 33minute.. I have few important call on wait but i cant answer them and VODAFONE people are not willing to respond my complain… This type of Balance deduction occurred 2nd time during last month

I want make a complain on VODAFONE and want my money back and punishment to VODAFONE… This type of deduction they are doing with 1% of their costumers.. Some one should have to take some action and resolve this type of CHEATING…
