On the suggestion of Vodafone’s customer care executive, I took a DataCard (#9953680xxx) for fast speed internet on 1st Jan’14. The internet services on this number got activated on 3rd Jan’14 however the I couldn’t use the committed services since then. The plan on the card was for 3G internet however the speed I am getting is worst than 2G due to which I have suffered significant loss of my work and time. I complaint this to appellate the same day however till today they haven’t provided me any resolution. Since then they are asking more and more time to investigate the issue, even though the Vodafone technician who visited my place, accepted that there is a network issue.
