I am using a number #999 999 4xxx since more than 5-6 years. On 4th apr2014, someone used my fraud documents and taken a duplicate SIM & thus my phone SIM stopped working. The fraud customer used new SIM and send a SMS to Vodafone for MNP to Airtel. This way he has taken my number using fraud documents & started MNP process so that he can take this number in Airtel using his documents. But I started the process from my side with in 24 hours, I visited to Vodafone store & asked the problem. They told me that someone did the fraud with your number and tried to make owner of that and they confirmed that now we’ll take your request and will stop the MNP but nothing good happened for me. MNP not stopped by Vodafone and number went to Airtel. I again fight again to stop the same at higher management level and with a lot of efforts and after 15 days, it came back. I took the number back and requested Vodafone in Postpaid and again visited to Vodafone store and the services started but again after 2 -3 days my outgoing stopped. They are telling different reasons for the same and I am in problem since 4 th apr2014 and lot of harassed by company.
I want my services back and punishment to fraud customer according to law and economic benefit because of services halted and multiple visits to Vodafone.
