I wanted to activate Rs35 bonus card(Bonus card for std/local call @1.2p/ min for 30 days).ON 11th march around 10 pm, I dialed *111# and activated that bonus card. But after some time I received a message that bonus card of Rs. 15( for local V2V 1.2p/3sec for 90 days, first 120 sec will be charged at 2p/sec) was activated. When I contacted costumer care, they said they do not have any offer like this. They said that thay are not going to deactivate this offer and refund money. There is no fault from their side. I guess it was their technical fault that why i was able to see that offer(Rs 35 bonus card).

I want this bonus card to be deactivted. They should pay me back wathever amount the have gained by using this offer.
