I have been charged roaming charges Rs 4750/-, which is very high as I have hardly used 2 or 3 calls, that too 1 or 2 minutes maximum. The vodaphone stores didn’t share the item bill also when I visited their stores, nor does the internet web site shows the individual calls and charges. The charges should be @ 500/ in total in my view. They don’t share the information completely

Only they are sending automated mail for overdue and customer care personnel if they pick up) don’t have authority to decode anything nor the individual call and amount has been shared
