Vodafone – Wrong Bill, Service Deactivated

3G data plan I had activated 3G data plan on my number 9021589xxx, dated 28aug2014 but when my bill generated they charged me for 3G data usage which i have already activated but when i called them and complained they understand wrong BILL been charged on my number they way off 850rs 2G data plan I had activated 2G data plan on my same number dated 30june2014 and customer executive told me your plan will be deactivated on 29Aug2014 and that i have been confirmed by their executive 3 times they told me same date but when bill generated they charged me on 28aug2014 but as per details they dont have to charge me but they charged. sir they never send any activation or deactivation service massage as they told us we will give you confirmation though massage. i complained to customer care and mailed also on corpcare.maha@vodafone.com they dint solve my problem
