I have booked few parcels with one online shopping all of which is send by Bluedart Courier one of them has a reference No -559778733 and WBN No- 69145781482 which has reached to cooch blue dart office arround 5 to 6 days ago but no phone call or any other type of communication was made by Bluedart. Two days ago when I visit there office they told me that they will not call and they have no responsibility to call and they also told that The product can be delivered only at the booked address and my address is out of there delivery area. In sprite of having valid Identity prof they completely denied to deliver the product to me as I told them that I will contact with consumer forum.And they also misbehaved with me.

Now I wan delivery of all the products which is now in Cooch-Behar Bluedart office and my question is why they received the parcels when the are not able to deliver them? I also want to stop such type of mental harassing
