I booked a courier with Ondot couriers and cargo services on 8th August 2014 at their Kangra (Himachal Pradesh) outlet after paying a sum of Rs. 160 including insurance charges vide AWB no 710343070 but inspite of 45 days having passed the courier has not been delivered, inspite of numerous visits to their offices and telephonic reminders, requests and emails for the same. I talked to Mr. Saurabh Dixit the VP, Ms Leena Roy CSD head, Mr. BS Sandhu GM, Mr Rajinder Vij besides Ms Laxmi, Mr Paramjeet Singh( ph nos 8377005xxx, 8377005xxx,8377005xxx,8377005xxx and 9805930xxx) etc but to no avail.

1)Compensation for the loss of the courier contents 2) Refund of the amount paid to avail the courier service 3) Financial compensation for the numerous visits made to the courier company’s offices for the same which entailed significant financial expenditure 4) financial compensation for the numerous STD calls made to the courier company’s representatives. SUBTOTAL of 1-4—- Rs. Fifteen Thousand. 5) Financial loss arising out loss of work to make the above visits. 6) Loss of reputation and punitive damages for humiliation and abuse suffered at the hands of the courier company 7) Financial compensation for mental and physical harassment SUBTOTAL of 5-7 —-Rs Three Lakhs
