I Pranjal Saigal submitted my laptop to the dealer for repair. The dealer is not returning my laptop. He is continuously giving me delayed deadlines and false promises. I want him to: 1) Return my laptop at the earliest in the condition it was given/repaired. 2) Return me all money lost I have suffered due to unavailability of laptop for two days which was notified to him many times per day cost of my shift was 878 INR which sums up to 1756 for two days should be addressed by the dealer.

In case if he fails to return my laptop before 23rd September 2014 latest. I will therefore be logging a complaint against him and further action shall be liable to him. He shall be responsible for baring all other cost which I have to bare in procedure of this as well.
