Every time when i call up they simply ask for time and not at all giving an update about the product status. All teh customer executives have ensured that i will get a call back from the concerned manager about this and i haven’t received any calls till now. I am not at all worried about the money, I am just worried about how openly online websites are cheating us showing a product and we really don have any control or escalation mechanism to question their credibility and delivery promptness. Every time they say my money is safe, once i enquired about the cancellation policy they said once the product reaches their godwn back then i will get the money back. I am really feared to take this step as the situation is they could not trace the product. Customer care people has openly said that its the issue with logistics people but i was never given a chance to speak to them. Its been agreed by the customer care person that the logistic department from sanpdeal is really an inefficient department and they are daily trying to get an update from blue dart
First and formost thing is i want my product as soon as possible. I want to know the right path where i can convey the real experience with snap deal to other people.So that I can stop atleast one guy from getting fooled I want all the money and efforts i put in calling the customer care people and the intrest of amount which has been held by snapdeal I really want the trust back
