Reliance Mobile – Problem in connectivity

My Login ID: 326552964044 Billing A/c.No. 100000122351124 customer A/c.No. 100121093445 I am facing the problem in connectivity from last 10 days. Internet is functional for 4-5 hours max in 2 days. Raised complaints number of times. But the customer care executive told me that it had been resolved by engineer, though it wasn’t active and engineer never contacted me. Engineer closed the complaints without resolving those. I have subscribed for 2MBPS plan and I am not getting 1MBPS speed also.

Continuous connection from the ISP. And committed speed as per plan I have paid for.
