Vodafone – Wrong Deduction No Response – Review

There was a wrong recharge on my number from a girl. I refunded her the amount back and after that vodafone asked me if they should take out the money from my account and give it to her. I agreed just on condition that they will reverse the minutes provided to me. They have taken out the balance but not provided me the refund. Even after repeated complaints to them, they are not providing a solution. One day my call was put on hold for 40 minutes.

Rs. 100000 as compensation with my refund of Rs. 269/-
