This is regarding Indigo airlines not returning the UDF charges collected from me when there is not no charge for it. I had purchased on flight ticket from Hyderabad to Jaipur on the indigo website on 22-Feb-14 for the travel date 2-May. In the invoice, I found that I was charged Rs. 484 as UDF fees. On 24-Feb, a high court order removed any UDF fees to be collected on Hyderabad airport from 1-Apr-2014. On the date of my travel, when I asked a refund of this UDF they asked me to contact the customer care and after repeated attempts I am still waiting for the refund from Indigo airlines even after close to a month. The booking reference of my ticket is DE3HUR. If Indigo airlines claim that the UDF is collected based on date of booking, why is it that at an earlier instance of increase in UDF fees post my booking I was asked to pay the difference amount at the counter before I boarded the flight. And to talk about UDF, the invoice says “PSF/UDF/ADF are collected on behalf of Airport Authority of India (AAI)”

Need just a refund of the Rs 484 UDF fees that was collected from me.
