i purchased one Samsung tv by prime electronic at 20th June tv model number is UA22F5000,I take close box of tv and i did open at his shop, i came at my house and i feel at my house box of tv is perhaps damage. i open tv cartoon i saw inside of tv packing was damage and remote was not inside. i called dealer about this he said it is company problem and he send one another remote with his technician. his technician set tv and take my signature and he left. and that time tv was not working due to rain there was no signal in my dish and not sufficient balance my dish account. technician said it will work after rain stop. when rain stop i recharge my dish i start tv i see tv voice is unclear and seems like speaker of tv is damage and i called to dealer. he is saying call to customer care i am not responsible for this. please help me

i am saying dealer. he have three option. 1, he replace with another tv same size 2, either if he have not stock of this tv i can pay two thousand more for another tv if he is costly to this. 3.either he can give me lower version of tv and reaming refund me 3. either refund my whole money
