Transaction Id 14151037827873 i did not want to pay bill for this no 999998xxxx( Vodafone Postpaid ) this no was automatically updated. My no is 909991xxx immediately i sent mail on their grievance id but no buddy reply then i created new ticket after their website there is no customer care no, so one can contact them and from website they are replying stereo type answer i have also same query, of one of my friend, which proves that there is some system amalgamation i have given 3 days notice time to take corrective action and refund my money but no buddy replied
want refund & apology letter, and customer care no to support other customer also
