My bill generated for the month of June 2013 contains unnecessary charges of Rs 495 for the usage of Vodafone Live. Since I had deactivated my Vodafone Live services almost 6 months back these charges should not be levied. I never requested or gave prior approval to Vodafone to activate Vodafone Live on my number. Over this I called up Vodafone care and registered a complaint regarding this problem. I was assured a call back within 48 hours which did not happen. On calling back at your customer service my request was not entertained and I was put on hold four by executives and supervisors for a period of 15 to 30 minutes each. My complaint number is 2293945868. My VL services were activated without my permission nor was I ever informed about the same. I have sent emails regarding the same to the Nodal office and Appellate authority of Vodafone but have not received any reply. Over this Vodafone has no explanation why my Vodafone Live service was activated. I am also afraid that I would again be charged for these services for the next month or whenever Vodafone activate my Vodafone Live without my prior permission.

My charges for Vodafone Live for the month of May, June and July to be reimbursed. Charges levied on me because being put on hold by Vodafone Care Executives. Also to be informed whenever Vodafone activates my Vodafone Live without my prior permission or from their side.
