I am very much disappointed with network quality of Vodafone Mumbai. Frequent call drops when i am on the move, I don’t remember having one complete discussion without call drop.

I am not getting proper signal strength at my work place even if I keep the data services on 2g or in off mode. [Place of Work: 2nd Floor, National Insurance Building, Dr. D. N. Road, above Hotel Suvidha, Fort, Mumbai – 400001]

Neither I get proper signal strength at my residence i.e. Neelkanth Greens, Manpada, off Ghobunder Road, Thane West – 400607 The internet works only in certain pockets. Serious concern over every month early exhaust of my 5 gb monthly Internet plan.
Even when I am stationary internet works only at certain locations. Terrible service

Expecting resolution of above mentioned concerns within 48 hours from receipt of this mail, in case of failure I would be compelled to initiate appropriate proceedings for deficiency in your services and would be forced to opt for MNP to other network.
