Dear Sir/Madam, I have visited the Vodafone store located at Dilsukhnagar on June 15, 2013. I have placed a request for change of tariff plan from Double Value 199 to Chota 50 on my number- 9885330990. The plan did not got updated, and after calling to the customer care they said that no such request was made and there records say that the visit to store was regarding tariff plan details. I have called them later and requested for the change of plan and they are saying that the plan has been withdrawn. If the request was not rightly updated by the store person why shall i be responsible and bear the cost. I request you to look into the matter. Thanks & Regards, Manish Kumar B

I am bearing the cost of higher plan and have to keep calling (am on roaming) for which am being charged and dropping them mails again and again.
