Complaint 2: Battery connection loose, clock reset Response : Battery replacement done Remarks : A running battery was REPLACED forcibly Complaint 3: Bumping noise on speedbrakers Response : REPLACE all link rods – only solution Complaint 4: Wiper not cleaning thoroughly as bought-in condition Response : REPLACE wiper but still not wiping water thoroughly after new REPLACEMENT Remarks : Reported again but no solution Complaint 5: Hissing noise from car Response : Identified after repeated complaints but asked customer to correct it with stuffing pads in audio system Remarks :NO CORRECT SOLUTION
