We have registered a complain on 07.05.2014 on 18004254555 wide complain no.14050701125,1177,1148,1140 but still the complain is not resolved due to undue reasons every time we call at customer care centre they said us to wait and give the mob. no of engineer which is of 11 digits. and customer executive said that we cant do anything as we have only this mob no. the engineer send by vishwas refrigration just come for formality .we call both voltas and vishwas refrigeration but they give us no response.

as we are banker and give customer service our most of customers have transfered thier account to another bank just because of hot atmosphere in the bank.even staff is also suffring.
