Voltas AC – Non fullfillment of service

I Nitin kumar made complain of non working of my AC viz complain no 14060610073 on 6th of june ,very next day their technician visited my premises and told me that compressor is not working since compressor was in guarantee period so it has to be replaced free of cost .It has been told that gas refilling charge has to be paid that is Rs 2200 I had paid Rs 1000 immediately and remaining Rs 1200 as told by technician at the time when complain redressed meanwhile I got sms 0n 13th of June that your complain is cancelled because customer is not willing to pay but that was not the case so I had made call to customer care immediately and refuted the poi in sms.So they register my complain viz complain no.14061306709.Meanwhile after several reminder t o customer care and local agency they picked AC and got my complain after eleven days on 17th of June and again due inferior quality of services or parts after four day again it stopped working again after making complain to customer care I got my earlier complain reopened ,after several reminder technician visited and told me problem of compressor .Now they are using every delaying tactics not to provide services.So I request you to kindly use your good offices to fix my problem.
