To whomsoever it may concern I am writing this mail after following up for almost 18 days for my AC which one of your agency have taken and now are not responding and returning the product My registered Mobile nos. is 983XX07991 and you can check the details I had a concall with your senior executive and the agency head who has taken the AC on Tuesday and he was suppose to deliver the ac on same day but till now he hasn’t responded. In fact no body from Voltas is keen enough to follow whether the job is done on not. Your executives on call say that our seniors are busy and will arrange the call in 2 hours but it has been 2 days and no action has been taken by them. Your people are only proactive when they have to take the visiting fees which last only for 10 min and didn’t even see what the real problem is. I have been getting lame excuses that manpower is less because of the festival and then n nos of other pathetic responses. Even the customer care representatives are just puppets who keep on repeating the same stuff and has no solution. All the above has compelled us to register our complain to Govt and ask for fair trial Thanks & Regards Rohit Agarwal
