Voltas – Defective AC sold by dealer- company

I have purchased new split ac on dated 240414.after few days i found that cooling effect is very low. Dealer is not taking interest to attend the complaint. They are passing the issue to Voltas Company. During sales dealer not signed the warranty card and informed me that the invoice copy is sufficient for warranty. Now after so many follow up Voltas company engineer visited to my place and check. Finally inform that ac gas is empty. I have a complaint for both dealer and Voltas Company for selling the wrong product to me. Still I am not getting any solution from dealer service provider. Volta’s company customer care/helpline is not responding properly. After few dayS Gas was filled by VOLTAS on dated 08/05/14. Now new problem created in my AC -This is my second complaint since purchase of new split ac. First problem- Gas was not available in the new a/c. status – complaint attended on 08/05/14. Second problem- there is a continuous water drop coming from the a/c front body and room is getting wet. Since begin I am claiming that the defective a/c sold to me.
