Complain number is 15051503744. I bought a Voltas split type AC 180LYE in June 2014. it is not giving the desired cooling. it is as good as a ceiling fan. once a technician came, asked to enhance earth circuit breaker, i spent another rs. 30000 in that. but no gain. after that he is not taking my calls. Call center of the company registers my complain everyday but nobody visits. i have emailed the company several times but all in vain.

Around Rs. 60,000. i bought that AC when my niece was born, she is allergic to hot conditions. we are a middle class family but just because of her we bought this AC but it got installed after repeated requests almost after 3 months of the purchase. after installation its not working properly and company is ready to pay heed to my request.
