Dear Sir, With a deep disappointment, i am complaining for this matter, this may be a small matter but it is really a critical issue as per me.Actually We were having voter cards in Purulia district as previously we are living in our old address, but now we have shifted to our new location in Burdwan district, so in order to transfer voter cards of me and my mother, i applied and submitted the application form with all necessary residential proofs and DOB documnts, we were called for photo session and taken our photo in the given date and address and told that our new voter cards will be dispatched in my resdiential address within two months. after three months, when i didn’t receive our voter cards, i went to that venue of photio session and also in govt. voter office of our block, they told me to wait; It’s already 2 year left, i went to voter office around 18 times, all the time i have been told to wait or to process for the application again,after being fade up, i told my uncle to follow up as he resides beside the voter offie, but still the concern person are failed to track our voter cards, i told that i will submit our old voter card/my new residential proof as my passport,saving book etc/and new application but they told me to stand on a line which held on every thursday, i went thrice on thursdays with my mother and stood on the line but it was so long line that all the three times we were not able to reach voter counter as the time got over for all these days before we reach to the counter, my mother is a patient as her one leg is paralyzed,Details of our Voter cards are given below, kindly support in this regard. Also when i checked online before last vote, i checked that my mother;’s age is shwing as 28 and my age is showing as 50, which are got interchanged.
