A new issue has cropped up i suddenly find that the validity of my subscription which upon payment of rs. 900 vide order no. 5652588 dated 01.03.2015 should have been for 360 days i.e. upto 24.02.2016 is standing reduced to 20.04.2015 without any valid reasons, and without the balance becoming zero. (there is still a balance of rs. 81.26 in my account) due to suddenly changing my validity from 24.02.2016 to 20.04.2015 without valid reasons – i have lost very very important emails which has resulted in loss of a business for me.
The loss which has occurred to me due to inefficiency and deficiency in service which has so far come to my attention are My company’s ISO 9001 certificate is about to lapse as the emails from our certification body BSI have bounced. This would mean we will have to obtain a re certification of the ISO 9001 certificate. It would also affect our exports. My company had been sent an order for supply of goods by one of our regular customer – Zydus Takeda Healthcare Ltd. which has bounced. The above is WITHOUT PREJUDICE to other losses which may have occurred but are not yet noticed by us.

The first relief required by us is TO IMMEDIATELY MAKE MY FOLLOWING EMAIL IDs ACTIVE kajayremedies@vsnl.com formiphen@vsnl.net md.kajay@vsnl.net Further we may have incurred a loss of at least Rs. 3.00 lakhs only on account of the loss due to the 2 incidents mentioned above. There can be some more losses which are yet to be quantified
