We Have booked a shop in Vxl Millinium Mall shop no. being FF-29, all the payment is made to builder through cheque and loan from icici bank in 2007 and after so many reminders builder is not executing the sale deed of above shop. and now he is selling the same project with different name without informing the older allotee. please confirm what can i do for the same.

Payment Made Rs. 1106000/- (Eleven lac Six tousand) and the intrest on that amount from 2007/-
