I have a deal with this webdeveloper company in feb 24 to design & develop a online exams based website.The total cost for website is decided 19.5K INR with two installment (40% as token money & 60 % after deployment).He agree to deliver this with in 20 days. at the time of agreement i have issued a cheque of 5K INR to start work. just next day he informed me that ,there is some problem in his family so immediately he is leaving out of station & will be return back after 10 days. after 15 days he started to work on website & he prepares some basic pages & basics functions for this he took around 20 days. after that he asked to pay some more amount then i issued a checque of 8K. Till now every thing was fine. after receiving second installment he started to ignore me.i was calling him regularly but he was not picking my calls ,he was not replying my mails & sms. then i call to his employee (only 1 employee in his company) then he says there is some server problem so due to this website is not going to publish then i asked him to tell to his boss to call me,but he never call to me & not receiving my calls. incidentally whenever he & his employee receive call they promised to complete task next day. Then i visited his office to talk to him then he agree to change server & also commit to complete task next day. but again same problems started from next day,he was not attending my call & replying mail rarely. after 15 days he published incomplete website thatch main functions are not working.now again he & his employee is not fixing those problem & not attending my calls. we have agreement on 24 Feb 2015 for website development but till date( 2 June 2015) he did not delver a full complete website & daily he is promising for next day.
a.Full refund whatever I had paid with interest till the judgement date. b. Compensation for time which I have spent on you to meet after time limit, (I visited to your office around 7 days). c. Punishment to all directors for mental agony, & mental torture by un-professional behavior. Because without this i cannot recover from this situation. d. Apology letters from the all company directors for mental agony.
