Website-www.manashosting.com I have bought Web hosting from the company MANAS HOSTING on 1 may 2013 by payment of Rs.5618/- through Internet Banking vide Invoice #MHBC2010-316466. After buying web hosting I have transferred my 2 Domains ‘rishitindustries.com & indianapearl.com to Manas Hosting from some other Company. I have paid Rs.596.63/- for each Domain to transfer instead of that both have to spare vide Invoice #MHBC2010-316542 & Invoice #MHBC2010-316569 respectively. So I paid Total Rs.5618+ 596.63+ 596.63 = Rs.6811.26/- to Manas Hosting till 06 May 2013 and the whole transfer process has been completed till 17 May 2013 Further, I have uploaded my website on the Web hosting server of Manas Hosting on 17 May 2013 but there was some problem in running of the website. I have talked to Technical team of company, they told that your control panel is not active, please talk to Billing team. I talked to Billing team, they told your control panel is active talked to technical team and cooperate. I was moving here & there for 3 days till 19 May 2013 and did not get any solution. Technical team told Raise the Ticket, when I asked from where I can raise it they told ask to Billing Team. On 20 May 2013 I was told that in next 24-48 hours your website indianapearl.com will start to run. so I waited. On 21 may 2013 at 9.00 PM I have got SMS on my Mobile that ‘Due to storm at USA your website may be affected. We will fix ASAP. Be patience. Simultaneously I have got mail on my Email Id about that. It was the first & last message sent to me. After that I was provided no information regarding the issue, the Company replied only one thing always that in next 24-48 hours website will start to run, only when I called or have chat with them. They did not take any pain to update me about the Solution. Everyday I was talking to Billing Team as well as Technical Team about the condition and they were telling the same statement that in next 24-48 hours website will start to run. Till 23 May 2013 I waited for the restoration of problem and seeking solution from company as I was unable to raise to Ticket as well because I had some problem there as well. On 24 May 2013 I have raised First Ticket vide Ticket Id WDK-236-53388 that Ticket is Open & unsolved till 01 June 2013 and I did not get any reply against this Ticket . On 20 May 2013 more than 7 days after persistent of problem I raised Ticket to Complain Booking team Vide Ticket: #WAX-889-93781 but that Ticket is also not replied till 1 June 2013. On 26 May 2013 I have demanded first time to the Company that Please Cancel my subscription and Refund my whole Money so that I can take web hosting from any other Company and can do my work smoothly under the 30 days Money Back Guarantee scheme and raised Ticket Vide Ticket: #SAW-294-21636. I cannot afford more losses due to functionality and services of the Company MANAS HOSTING. I also wrote that Please cancel the subscription with immediate effect and don’t wait
Firstly I should be refunded my whole Money which I paid Total Rs.5618+ 596.63+ 596.63 = Rs.6811.26/- to Manas Hosting. At least Rs.80000/- for my losses due to blocked website and closing of Online Shopping portal of my Website. Rs.30000/- for loss of Credibility, Goodwill & Reputation of my Company. Rs.10000/- for Physical & Mental Harassment due to non-functionality of Website.
