I ordered cargo pant shown on the Whaaky.com website, but what i got was a defective cargo pants with cheap quality .I raised a complaint to support team ,but they responded me with the statement like ‘We would like to inform you that the complete product has been delivered to you after a series of quality & quantity check. Hence complaint cannot be applicable for the same.’ This is absolute disgusting service ,i asked them to refund my money as am not satisfied with the quality of product ,but there is no reply on that. I ordered after seeing the product on their website but they delivered some other product which was no where on their website online with different color.

i want my money back with compensation as they made me look for and rush to nearest shop to make another purchase. with the kind of harassment they provide to customer ,i claim a sum of 1 lac for mental harassment and waste of time to indulge with them.
