I have Shopped on Whaaky.Com and the Order Numbers are S80260728 and S80263055. I have bought Woodland Shoes. The Orders were placed on 21 and 22 March 2014. Amount has been debited from my credit card but still the consignment is not received. Rs 1998 has been deducted from my account. Tried and asked the customer support team of whaaky to cancel the order but no response still now.

Kindly respond to me ASAP by either sending the merchandise or cancelling and refunding the amount.
