I have ordered 4 polo t shirts worth of Rs.999/-. on 7 may 2014.I paid for item through internet banking. they have taken 10 days till now and they have not shipped product.I have sent them e mail for cancelling my order.but they are not cancelling order, according to their return policy, i can cancel my order before shipment of product and they will refund my complete money.when i told them , i will file a complaint against them in consumer court . they are not responding on e mail. when i am trying to contact via phone , their number is always busy. please sort out my problem and take strong action against them and help me in getting my money refunded.

I want to get my money refunded within minimum possible days so that i can purchase my t shirts from other websites
