I had placed order for 5 Koutons Jeans & 6 tshirts on 27th March 2014, which was delayed to deliver,so I asked the company to cancel my order and refund me my money, but they did not do the same, and dispatched some very bad quality products on 9th May 2014, then I again contacted the company and asked them to take the products return and refund me my money, but now they are refusing to do so.
I want my money back from them
