this website seems to be a fraud website as there phone system is only a Voice Mail system and they do not bother replying on email as well.I have placed the order S80313420 on 13th April 2014 for which online payment of 599 Rs has been made to them already. But the order is still not delivered and there is no one to follow up with at their end. I tried to connect with them over facebook on their community where I found there are many others also had complaints about them, I have not received any reply there as well.

1)kindly intervene and check if this is a fraud website. 2)Are they using consumers money to generate interest by investing it in market as in general there is a delay of at least 20 days inall their orders ( at least this is what I get from feedback on website) 3)How soon I can get the genuine product that I ordered 4) what they will bedoing to make for the delay made by them and their badcustomer services that caused me inconvenience.
