I had placed an order with reference number S80824904 on Whaaky.com 16/05/2015 for a portable chargerThe MII Power Bank with 10400mAh worth of Rupees 1149. The estimated dispatch in 8 – 10 business days but I did not get delivery of the product as the delivery person called and informed me that the product cannot be delivered to my location after I had made online payment. This was also confirmed to me by email. Upon such refusal, I was informed that my money would be refunded. But no steps have been taken for such refund to my account. When I tried to contact your call centre in order to get the refund, there was no response and also I was constantly on hold for which I have spent almost 70 rupees worth of my prepaid balance trying to get through to you. Another issue I would like to bring to your notice is that subsequent to the failed order mentioned above, I had also placed another order for the same product order No S80835959 dated 21/5/2015 MII Power Bank with 10400mAh worth of Rupees 1149 for which I paid cash on delivery. But when the product arrived, I realized that the product was not genuine as per its specifications. The concerned delivery person was informed about the same and also informed to your call centre through a telephonic conversation wherein I was assured that my money would be returned along with the courier charges that I had paid for. This too is yet to happen. It’s been almost a month and this problem is becoming very frustrating as the sum to be refunded is rs. 2298 of two orders
