Whaaky.com – Product still not received no shipmet details

I have ordered a Combo deal from Whaaky on 07-06-2014 at 20:21:06 , and paid using my citi bank debit card and received the confirmation mails, as per the the product should be delivered by 10 working days, but it has been more than that and I am not able to reach the customer helpline and not received proper reply for queries sent to support@whaaky.com, more like a Automatic replies. Even I have asked to reimburse the amount I paid. No proper response and still I didn’t any shipping informations.

I have wasted my time and call charges while making calls to the support which resulted in distrust and frustration. With the money I have invested, I could have got the item long back from the retail stores.which is like a cheating.

I want them to reimburse the amount I paid. I am ready to submit the Documents and Details whatever is required.
