I am Kiran. I called the customer care n number times but they’re not responding to us. This is first time I order in whaaky site. I have order from your site below listed: 1.) Two super bright led solar lanterns (Product Ref. No: S8015504972585):- 2 super bright led solar lanterns on 07-06-2016 and my order no is S801550497. One super bright led solar lanterns working fine. But another one is defect piece. It’s not working & outer body is damage. So please refund the amount or replace the items within 1 to 2 working days. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible. 2.) Super bright led solar lanterns with 7W 5Nos. LED bulbs (Product Ref. No: S8015504972559):-Super bright led solar lanterns with 7W 5Nos. LED bulbs on 07-06-2016 and my order no is S801550497. I got delivery items. But I.) Super bright led solar lanterns handle & Outer body cover damage II.) Out of 5 Nos. two 7W LED bulbs not working.. I am not satisfied your 2 products. So please refund the amount within 1 to 2 working days. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible. Kiran.D
