I had purchased a iball phone from the website www.whaaky.com.Yesterday i had received the product i am very much disappointed with the product they had sended me the used product its seal is broken scratches are there on phone and the battery is totally dead and the phone is not starting also. And i am regularly emailing and calling them for the return of product they are not attending the call even they had yet given any reply of my mail. Please help me out.
